A cozy family campsite in one of the most beautiful places in Belgian Limburg

Recreation resort Wilhelm Tell guarantees a holiday with lots of water fun. There is plenty to do here, you don't have to get bored here. For the little ones there is a beautiful water playground and for slightly older children (and their parents) a wave pool, water slide, fast-flowing river, water cannon and water fountains. In short: holiday fun for young and old.

Please note that the tents will be built in the spring and will be available starting May 1, 2021.

Omgeving

Niet alleen op de camping, maar ook in de omgeving valt er genoeg te ontdekken. De camping bevindt zich midden in het prachtige Nationaal Park Hoge Kempen. Ontdek deze omgeving te voet of met de fiets. Je kan hier alle kanten op en is er voor jong en oud genoeg vermaak.

In the area

Attention sports enthusiasts! Many sporting activities can be undertaken in the vicinity of the campsite. Such as kayaking, climbing and horse riding. But you can also go in any direction for a day out. Walibi and Bobbejaanland are nearby. Do not forget to visit the city of Genk with its cozy center and a nice market. In nearby Hasselt you will find many museums and a day of shopping in Maastricht is also possible.

Villatents at Wilhelm Tell

Recreation resort Wilhelm Tell there are brand new Villatent Nomad tents, which are fully equipped for a maximum of six people. Note: These tents differ slightly from our standard Nomad tents; with the bedrooms closed off by scaffolding wooden walls, these tents are even more luxurious than you are used to from Villatent. The tents all have air conditioning and heating.

The surroundings
A suitable campsite for everyone

Wilhelm Tell is located in the 12,000-hectare Hoge Kempen National Park, the oldest national park in Belgium. You will find almost 2000 kilometres’ worth of car-free cycling routes past water, forests and heaths, but there are also plenty of day trips you can do. Amusement parks Walibi and Bobbejaanland are not far away. And don’t forget to visit the city of Genk with its vibrant town centre and bustling market. You will find plenty of museums in nearby Hasselt, and a day of shopping in Maastricht is also a must.
