Outdoorchef barbecue

An Outdoorchef barbecue is not your average barbecue. First, the ultimate focus is on user-friendliness. Second, the products of Outdoorchef are developed in Switzerland, where innovative production technologies are combined with a high product quality. We have Amri Black barbecues, one of the types distributed by Outdoorchef.

Outdoorchef is simple, multi-functional, and healthy in its use. Its funnel system enables safe and healthy barbecuing without fat rising to the surface, while the lid makes it easy to control the heat. Moreover, the barbecue is highly user-friendly, so even starters can prepare a lovely meat dish. And are you weary of having to spend hours cleaning the barbecue? Do not worry, because Outdoorchef barbecues can be cleaned in no time.

Recipe: filled hamburger

Looking for something else to make than the usual chicken sate or spare ribs? We have a delicious recipe for you, which is very easy to prepare on the Outdoorchef barbecue. This filled hamburger can be made in about 20 minutes. The ingredients in the recipe below are for four persons.

Ingredients

  • 400 grams of minced beef
  • 150 grams of minced veal
  • 2 eggs
  • 30 grams of breadcrumb
  • 1 shallot (finely cut)
  • 2 sprigs of thyme (finely cut)
  • 2 sprigs of rosemary (mails stripped, finely cut)
  • 2 sprigs of parsley (finely cut)
  • 80 grams of fresh spinach
  • 80 grams of Ricotta cheese
  • 40 grams of grated Parmesan cheese
  • 8 slices of bacon
  • 1 part of egg yellow
  • Meat herbs
  • Salt
  • Pepper
Recipe: stuffed hamburger

How is it prepared?

First, you mix the minced beef, the minced veal, two eggs, the breadcrumb, the shallot, the thyme, the rosemary, the parsley, and the meat herbs. Next, you mould the ingredients until they form one substance. Then, you divide the mixture in eight even portions, which you mould into small balls. Now, you are going to make the filling. Proceed as follows: thoroughly mix the spinach, the ricotta, the Parmesan cheese and the egg yellow, and add some salt and pepper.

Subsequently, you can fill and prepare the burger. You take a small meat ball, you press it flat, and you make a hole in the middle with a soup spoon. Put a slice of bacon in the hole and add a quarter of the ricotta filling. Next, take the second meat ball, press it flat and cover it with bacon. Finally, you press the two meat balls together until you have one solid burger. Of course, using a hamburger squeezer fairly simplifies the process, but if you do not have one, this is not a problem.

Preparation

Grill the burger at each side for about 8-10 minutes with the lid open. Let it fry slowly. Serve the filled burger with baked potatoes and you have a wonderful meal.
