Our Villatent Luxe and Villatent Luxe with sanitary tents are equipped for up to five people and the Villatent Luxe with sanitary XL is equipped for up to six people.

No, unfortunately it is not possible to hire additional towels via Villatent. It is best to bring towels from home or inquire at the campsite’s reception whether you can hire towels.

The bed linen package contains in principle a pillow slip, a fitted sheet, and a duvet cover. However, duvet covers are not customary in every country or region. Therefore, at some campsites you may be provided with two sheets (one for on under and one for on top of the duvet) instead of a duvet.

You can additionally book a bed linen package for 15 euros per person.

The matrasses on our beds are at least 80 centimetres wide. The double bed has two matrasses.

No, the bed linen is not changed during your stay. It is possible, however, to wash the bed linen yourself at the campsite’s launderette.

The baby package contains a highchair (the well-known plastic Ikea-highchair) and a camping bed, which has a matrass. There is no bed linen, so please bring your own.

You can hire a baby package for € 3.50 per night. Please note that the package can only be obtained for the entire vacation period.

It is wise to bring towels, dish-cloths, kitchen towels, a kitchen cloth and washing-up brush with you. Read more tips in our blog.

Yes, our tents have electricity and electric lighting.

Yes certainly. The roofs of our Villatents are resistant against rain. In addition, owing to the wooden platform there is no danger of rising damp. In sum, in your Villatent you are safe and dry! On the covered terrace you can comfortably sit outside, also if it rains.

Upon payment of an additional fee, you can book the following extras:

– Bed linen package (15 euros per person)
– Baby package (3.50 euros per night)
– Heater, including a gas bottle (5 euro per night)

Some campsites do not allow side-tents. If you are planning to bring one, please contact us to discuss the options. Please note that the maximum number of persons that can stay overnight is six.

If you go glamping with your family, naturally, you want to take your dog with you! In our Villatents and at most of the campsites where our fully decorated safari tents are located, your four-legged friend is more than welcome. The additional costs are 5 euros per night. During the high season (July and August), arrivals and departures are on Friday. During the low season, you can arrive or leave on any day you wish. Please note that the minimum duration of your stay at the campsite is two nights.

You can check in at the campsite from 16.00 hours and check out at 10.00 hours every day.

Yes, the booking costs are 35 euros per booking. Do you want to book two different campsites? Please contact us by phone or email. We can then make arrangements for you. Naturally, you will only have to pay one booking fee of 35 euros.

You can pay for your booking in the following ways:

Once our administration has processed your payment, we will send you a confirmation of payment. If you have not received a confirmation after three working days, we advise you to contact us. Please first check your spam box.

If you book more than six weeks before your departure, you are kindly requested to pay a deposit of 30% of the total rental amount. This deposit has to be paid within eight days after your booking. The final payment has to be made no later than six weeks prior to the starting date of your holiday. Will you arrive within six weeks after your booking? Then, you are requested to pay the total sum within eight days.
