Frequently asked questions
Our Villatent Compact and Villatent Outback (4 p.) tents are suitable for up to four people. The Villatent Wood and Villatent Outback (5 p.) tents are designed for up to five people, while the Villatent Nomad, Villatent Cottage and Villatent Ranger are equipped for up to six people.
Reservations can be made 24/7 through our website. You will receive your booking confirmation directly in your email. Additionally, we are available by phone on weekdays from 08:00 to 17:00 at 085 301 0898 or via email at mailme@villatent.nl. We are happy to assist you with your booking.
You can check in at the campsite from 16:00 and check out by 10:00 on the day of departure. If you want to check in or out earlier, this depends on availability and the cleaning schedule of the campsite. It's best to contact the campsite directly for this.

The customer service team is always ready to help you. We offer quick and personalized advice, answer all your questions, and make sure you can relax and enjoy your glamping holiday.
Our dedicated colleague Eric visits all campsites twice a year to check all facilities, visit new campsites, and prepare all tents for summer and winter!
