Campeggio del Garda | Italy

Originally, Campeggio del Garda formed part of Camping del Garda. However, the latter was divided into two separate campsites with each their own name. Campeggio del Garda is the campsite directly by the lake. It has four stars, offering excellent facilities, such as beautiful pools, a restaurant, a mini market, a kids club and a sports field. It is perfectly situated! Via the beach and the boulevard, it is just a short distance to walk to Peschiera del Garda. There you can hire a boat to explore the lake, go shopping in the cosy boutiques and stores, or enjoy a refreshing drink on a terrace.

Villatents at Campeggio del Garda

In the spring of 2019, eight Villatent Outback tents will be placed at Campeggio del Garda. The tents, with an inside space of 25 m² and a large terrace, are fully equipped for a maximum of five persons. Everything is there: from comfortable beds to a complete bathroom with shower, toilet and washing basin. On the map, the tents are indicated by numbers 614 to 621.

Rent airconditioning 

At Campeggio del Garda we offer the possibility to rent a mobile air conditioner. The costs are: € 25 delivery costs/starting rate + € 17,50 per night (Can only be booked for the entire duration of the stay.)

Swimming pool and beach

There are two swimming pools and two paddling pools specifically for children. Wearing a bathing cap is compulsory. There is an exciting water slide from which the children can splash down into the water at full speed. Fun guaranteed! And at the sun terrace, there are lounging beds and parasols waiting for you, so you can fully enjoy the sun while the kids are playing to their heart’s content. For a change of scene, you can go to the beach, where you can read a book and watch the children play by the lake. Tip: bring water shoes with you to protect your feet from the pebbles at the beach alongside the lake.

Activities and entertainment

During the high season, there is an active entertainment team at the campsite. Please note: the entertainment programme can continue at this campsite until late in the evening. It organises a broad range of activities from aqua gymnastics in the early hours to Italian style late-night shows in the evenings. And in the afternoons, there are lots of fun events for the children. Would you like to go out for a day with the children? At only 10 minutes driving from the campsite, you will reach Garda Land, the biggest and most popular attraction park in Italy. Looking for something to do with the whole family? Hire a bicycle and go around the lake, and do not forget to pay a visit to Lazise, Sirmione and Verona.
