A popular family campsite at the Costa Brava

Campsite La Masia is a popular family campsite at the Costa Brava, just under Blanes. It is located at a distance of only 300 metres from the beautiful sand beach. And at a stone’s throw, you will find Blanes’ cosy boulevards with their bars, restaurants and shops. While enjoying the sun, sea, and beach during the day, you can indulge in Blanes’ dynamic night life during the evening. The campsite is conveniently located at about 70 kilometres from Barcelona and is also not far from Tossa de Mar with its headland castle, or Girona with its scenic, partly walled city with its narrow streets and authentic shops. The fine beaches, the professional entertainment team, the good facilities and the campsite’s perfect location are the ingredients of a wonderful vacation at the Costa Brava!

La Masia is a very popular campsite among the Dutch. It has all the facilities you need: two receptions with a kind and enthusiastic staff, a supermarket for your daily (small) groceries, two swimming pools, a wellness space with a spa, an extensive sports park, diverse children’s playgrounds, an entertainment room, a mini club and even a library. And would you like to go for something to eat? The campsite has a restaurant, and for a quick bite you can go to the snack bar. At the pool bar you can get drinks, ice cream and snacks. Furthermore, Blanes, which has a multitude of cosy bars and restaurants, is just 500 metres away.

Villatents at La Masia

As from the spring of 2019, four Villatent Outback tents will become available at Campsite La Masia. The tents are five metres long and fully equipped for a maximum of five persons. The tents will be placed in pairs opposite one another (see map, 4505, 4506, 4507 en 4508) at the periphery of the children’s entertainment area! The tents have a fan that provides extra cooling during the hot days.

Swimming pool, wellness, and a beach

La Masia is ideally situated at only 300 metres from the beach. The campsite has two beautiful swimming pools with sufficient lounge beds and parasols. In the paddle pool, children can enjoy themselves for hours on end with the play equipment. Are you in need of some relaxation? Upon payment of a fee you can go to the wellness complex with its sauna, indoor swimming pool, hammam and massage salon. The wellness is for adults only, although at certain times there is a special children’s hour. Are your children crazy about slides? Then a visit to the Water World water park in Lloret de Mar (16 minutes driving) is highly recommended.

Activities and entertainment

During the high season, a professional entertainment team organises shows, tournaments, as well as water and sports events, movie evenings and a super discotheque. And for children from the age of 4, there are fun games and crafts sessions in the mornings. The entertainment team speaks English and Spanish.
