Cancellation policy
At Villatent, you book your glamping holiday in a way that suits you. Are you mainly looking for the best price, or do you prefer a bit more flexibility? That’s why you can choose from different cancellation packages during the booking process. Below, we clearly explain the cancellation conditions for each package, so you know exactly what to expect in advance.
1) Non-refundable (standard booking)
If you choose a standard booking, cancellation is not possible. This option is ideal for guests who are certain their holiday will go ahead and prefer the most straightforward booking option.
You do benefit from a free rebooking guarantee in accordance with our terms and conditions. This means you can change your holiday up to 2 weeks before departure.
2) Flex package
Would you like a bit more certainty? Then the Flex package is a great choice. With Flex, you can cancel your booking up to 30 days before arrival. Ideal if you want to keep some flexibility in your planning while still securing your favourite campsite and safaritent.

3) Flex Plus package
Looking for maximum flexibility, even if your plans change at the last minute? Then Flex Plus is the most comprehensive option. You can cancel up to 5 days before arrival. Perfect if you want peace of mind as well as an extra safety net.

Taking out your own cancellation insurance
Are you sure you want to holiday with us, but still want to be prepared for unexpected situations? You can also choose to take out an external cancellation insurance yourself. Arranging the insurance and handling the claim with the insurer is your own responsibility. If your insurer requires reservation details, we will of course provide them.
How can I cancel my booking?
Een annulering geef je rechtstreeks aan ons door. Dat kan door een e-mail te sturen naar mailme@villatent.nl of door ons te bellen optijdens openingstijden. Zodra wij jouw annulering hebben ontvangen, wordt de reservering geannuleerd conform de voorwaarden van het door jou gekozen annuleringspakket.
Please inform us of your cancellation directly. You can do so by sending an email to mailme@villatent.nl or by calling us on +31 (0)85 301 08 98 1 during opening hours. Once we have received your cancellation, the reservation will be cancelled in accordance with the conditions of your chosen cancellation package.

No, a standard booking cannot be cancelled. However, you can make use of the rebooking guarantee (up to 2 weeks before departure).
With our rebooking guarantee, you can still change your holiday up to 2 weeks before arrival. Even without giving a reason. The rebooking guarantee applies to the entire reservation and is only possible if the desired period and accommodation are available in our system.
With more than 60 locations across Europe, there are often plenty of alternative options. We’re happy to think along with you. You can find the detailed rules of our rebooking guarantee in the general terms and conditions.
With the Flex package, you can cancel your booking up to 30 days before arrival and receive a 100% refund of the booking amount, excluding service and insurance costs.
If you choose Flex Plus, you benefit from more flexibility. You can cancel up to 5 days before arrival. In case of cancellation, you receive 80% of the amount refunded and 20% as credit in your account. This credit is valid for 1 year and can be used for a future booking.
Both packages offer extra peace of mind, but Flex Plus gives you more flexibility if your plans change at the last minute.
