Modern family campsite with a large thermal and water park and plenty of entertainment
Camping Terme Tuhelj is a modern family campsite in the green north of Croatia (Hrvatsko Zagorje), close to the Slovenian border. Water fun and relaxation are at the heart of your stay here. Right next to the campsite you’ll find the thermal water park Water Planet. As a guest, you get free access to eight indoor and outdoor pools, waterslides and a wave pool. For little ones, there’s a heated, shallow toddler pool. On site, you’ll also find a private wellness pool with water massages and a children’s pool with water play equipment.
There’s plenty to do beyond the water, too. Play tennis or mini golf, or head to the sports fields for football, basketball and volleyball. Fancy exploring the area? Hire a bike or e-bike and discover the green landscapes nearby. Food-wise, you’re in good hands as well: enjoy Croatian specialities at Restaurant Lati, go for Italian and Mediterranean dishes at Taverne Horizont, or pick up something easy at the Element Bar. For kids, it’s a real treat. There are two large outdoor playgrounds, and in high season there’s entertainment on the programme several times a week—think crafts, water games and mini discos, plus activities for teenagers such as sports tournaments, games and challenges.
