With its cosy streets, authentic houses and narrow alleys, Ootmarsum offers a charming atmosphere for lovers of history, mixed with art and culture.
If you prefer nature to the city, the Sallandse Heuvelrug is a beautiful area. Here you will find vast heaths and forests ideal for a nice bike ride.
